Don't bother with Ice Base Assault, attack the base from the side. Start from Blue Glacier Park. After takeoff stay low and bank right until you circle around and are facing the ice base. The turrets may start to track you, don't panic, continue to stay low and use the mountain for cover. As soon as you pop over the top of the ridge target the nearest turret and take it out with an air to ground missile. Then get behind the ice base as quickly as you can to avoid being targeted by the remaining turret . Once safely out of range, use mountain on the other side of the ice base as cover to attack the remaining turret. With both turrets down it's then just a matter of landing(or crashing) inside the ice base and setting up a new location.
Get a fast plane with air-to-ground missiles to shoot down the two AA missile turtets (and fire the missiles really late because if they're in the air for too long the lasers will blow them up), then you just need to fly through the gap onto the runway

How do you get to the ice vase on mobile
I can't find it. I've looked where I've been told but nothing.
I just went around the west side of the island at low altitude so they couldn't spot me and landed on the runway. ^_^

land on the roof make a checkpoint then restart from this checkpoint the base will not atack you more
