I choose download, it shows 0% downloaded, then it says "unable to download plane, please check your internet connection and try again" even though I have a stable connection. I have a connection, someone can help me please ?

We have a bug on OSX that prevents downloading or uploading planes. We are looking into it but we do offer free Steam keys to OSX customers if they give us proof of purchase. If you are interests then contact us via the contact link at the bottom of the page.
