Starting now I say we all should take a minute and comment and upvote a low ranked user's plane or post. If you want to help the un noticed, try this instead of violating the terms of service.

I'll notice the users who deserve to be noticed. If a plane catches my eye, I'll upvote it regardless of what the user's points are. I won't be actively seeking out low rank users to upvote planes that I may or may not like.
