Hello there everyone! This is a suggestion ive had for a long time! I think it would be amazing to see this in game! I was thinking when you spawn in a aircraft, you go to your settings and activate Wingman AI. Then the game will ask you how many wingmen? You choose your number (I would think you can go from 1-3 wingmen) and it spawns in that amount of the SAME Aircraft your flying. If you engage a enemy, the AI planes will break formation and attack the target. When the target is destroyed, they will rejoin in formation. When landing, they will break formation and line up .3 miles apart and/or land with you.
(P.S. I know it is CPU heavy so thats why you can turn it on or off)
Thanks!

@DeezDucks @MrDooper @tx56gaming I think I actually accomplished an ai wingman which follows you. the base codes and techniques that I used were from @KSB24. I just configured it for my 2-plane formation.
@MrDooper No, I meant "HAWX and other aircraft combat games I haven't played" lol
@DeezDucks ace combat you meant
Im not sure why mobile is missing this feature
this would be awesome
@DeezDucks I got the idea from a flight sim! I added a P.S. about the CPU. Thanks!
Seems a lot like the feature in HAWX or maybe some other Aircraft Combat games i havent played. It seems very CPU heavy and pretty complicated for most devices
@AnarchistAerospaceIndustries. Yes but it doesent stay in that position eventually its flying a different direction. This system will keep the aircraft in the same position and give you command of a formation.
But this suggestion will cause lag on several mobile user.But anyways i like your ideas!!Its Awesome!!
Well we can already do this kind of thing. For more experienced builders, take a plane, save it, place it behind or near your plane and it flies WITH YOU..
@tx56gaming done
@tx56gaming no problem
@Warbrine Thanks A bunch!!!
@tx56gaming I can send him a email with link to this
@TheHardcoreFlyer Amazing idea! Great way to keep Simple Planes creative!
@TheHardcoreFlyer Thanks for the upvote! The throttle adjustment will probably be added in the future. Or the AI aircraft's throttle will copy yours.
@AndrewGarrison I hope you read this! I would love to know your opinion!
@ValtsuAircraftIndustries Also i was thinking short cut keys to tell them to land and they would just follow the standard AI path for landing.
That might be good for videos
