people who are ingenious but cannot build detailed planes, at ALL.

must be able to make detailed awesome planes but can't think of concepts and these planes aren't the best, at flying anyways

People that who can make seats, insignias, doors but aren't bright on other factors like quality

Test pilots:
People who are great pilots, but that's all they can do. These people stress the plane and check it's effectiveness like an A-10 able to destroy the boats in wright isles

@CaesiciusPlanes it will be tomorrow, look for a CF-1 on my account then build another unlisted version of it then Skrill will test it and give feedback on the next ACS forum then I will upload it in public if it's ok to you so then I'll gain a bit but credit you and everyone
