Question for XML modders!

In theory, if you assigned a part a negative drag value, would it act as propultion?
I know, it sounds dumb, but I think it might be cool!

    Drag is resistance while moving. A negative drag then, with this in mind, should just make accelerating faster, but not give propulsion. I dont know if that is right, but it is what I think.

    I have no clue actually, but likely it means it will act as aide, but it will give no propulsion.
