Suspension carry the weight of the vehicle, and dampening softens the bumps that you will encounter. The stronger the suspension, the more weight it can hold. The weaker the suspension, the less weight it can hold. More dampening=softer ride. Lower dampening=absolute crap ride
Spring strength determines how high or low the car will ride.
Damper will determine the stiffness.
High spring strength and high damper will give great handling, but a harsh ride. Soft suspension will do the opposite.
