I've figured out how it works.
1 notification for each new upvote and mention
1 notification if your the users you follow have posted any plane at all
1 bonus notification if you received any upvotes
@TimothyWong @Gestour I check pretty much on the whole list and there's only one blue/red colored ones hen it says there should be two. I'm following someone named @GALM1 buts he's inactive at the moment.
