Issue:
The reason a lot of people aren't getting noticed is because when you log on to the website it goes on to the home page which only shows off all the best creations. Hardly anyone goes on to the "Newist Aircraft" page and check out the planes there. And also, with forum posts, people post here to get a bit of attention, which I don't mind, but a lot of posts go un-noticed and people never get their questions answered.
Suggestions...
To combat this "Can't see you" behaviour, we need like 10 "Newist aircraft" on the home page and we need to get notifications that some we're following has made a forum post. This will help TONS!

Youre right the only people that get noticed now are people that are silver gold or platinum I'm lucky I have even gotten bronze

I agree. Bacon aircraft made a cylinder with a prop on it and got like 12 up votes. Unknown people can never get noticed. They need to fix that.
Well I always check the newest aircraft section because on the highest rated or hotest sections are these doohickeys that look like something out of trasnformors. (No offense to whoever makes them keep up the good work). I fimd the cool things wich are sometimes from low- point users and I upvote and comment. Comments help the maker more than upvotes because they feel like they are noticed. An upvote will make you like ooohh I got an upvote! But a comment makes you like: Yay! Someone likes my plane and took the time to say so! That's the way I am at least.
@jpower Forum posts were never restricted in number, IIRC... Unless I missed something, it's still very large

... I'm going to be honest, the only problem this would be a thing for is people who won't even bother to explore the website. Anyone else who has half a brain will either use the hottest section or newest section, or even the highest rated section(which is almost no different than the front page, other than it doesn't show featured aircraft at the top, and covers two extra days(Home page only covers 5 days, highest rated for the week covers 7).). Also, I usually run my account on the website 24/7, so I almost never check the front page.
And on the point of forum posts... Meh. I honestly don't see it as a problem, but I also don't think it's ideal. The problem is people can spam forum posts for an ∞ ammount in a single day... As fast as they can click and type, basically.
Basically the forums are your only way to get noticed
