Well, it depends on what you like to do. Like, this game are for all those sandbox builders and like to test out their builds. It is only $4.99 USD Which in my case, not that bad for this game. But if you are a person new to gaming, do NOT buy the game. You will get frustrated and mad and also get jealous of other people's builds. This game is only for fun and not competing about 'UPVOTES'.
I’m not new to gaming and trust me it is hard but once you learn you’ll love it
@AndrewGarrison @Polandball If you want to spend money on SimplePlanes, and you want to take it anywhere, a note book or laptop is the way to go. I don't support apple, as they refuse to cooperate with the investigation of a terrorist attack that took place in my home town. There fore, no money should go to them.
@MrSilverWolf For computer version, it's worth it.
@MrSilverWolf Same ;c... My laptop is horrible and this was why I got Simpleplanes on iOS. It's still sad that you can't have 'modded parts' tho... But nevertheless Simpleplanes on iOS is not too shabby!
@jsaret it's an Asus something, my old laptop was an dell inspiron something, it was good, until it broke, and I got the Asus from my dad who used it for his internet business and didn't really care too much for it, I don't really care that much for it as well, I do not know the specs of those laptops, but the dell I had was pretty good.
@MrSilverWolf what are your laptop specs? I've played SP on quite a range of machines:
'08 MacBook (1GB RAM)
'14 MacBook Air (8GB)
'15 iPhone 6s (2GB)
'15 iPad Pro (4GB)
'15 (late) iMac (32GB)
so I can comment on the performance on all the machines.
Ask away!
@jsaret I actually have been thinking of getting it on steam, but again my laptop is terrible, so I'll have to wait to get a better laptop before I do that...
@jsaret ah I see now, yeah or your like me where the iPad has more processing power than your computer lol, but I see that side of iOS...
@MrSilverWolf I agree, but my point was more like this:
Don't buy mobile because it's cheaper if you can also afford the PC version, or buy it to "try" out the game.
Also for those of us that have PCs that blow our mobiles out of the water...there's no contest.
@Brields95 @jsaret I'm actually on iOS, every single plane I have made had been on iOS, I find it totally worth buying it on there, because you can play on it when ever, yes I know part limitations, no part nudging, and less islands, but still, it's $5 and it's pretty much the same thing, you get 80-75% of the computer version on iOS and it's still just as fun, you can do it when ever because you have it on a iPad or iPhone that can go any where unlike a laptop or PC and the computer one is 3 times more expensive than mobile and again you get 75-80% of the computer version, to me I think it's totally worth it, I have definitely gotten my $5 out of it (And I have it on iOS because my iPad probably has more processing power than my laptop)
@Brields95 why is that?
I have to agree with @Brields95 here. The mobile version of SimplePlanes as it stands today is not worth $4.99 when you can buy the PC version for $12.99. Skip the mobile version, go for PC!
@Brields95 :(
No.
