(Some of these ideas aren't mine)
All Devices:
1. Flares/chaff for dogfights
2. Resizable intakes (PLEASE!)
3. The ability to type in fuselage sizes, rotations, etc. Basically, integrating the Fine Tuner Mod
4. Diamond shaped fuselages as an option, would look similar to what is used on stealth planes. (Ex: F-22, F-35, YF-23)
5. Changing it so that bullets destroy only the part that they hit.
6. Tank treads, for tanks
7. A camo option/airbrush(?) option
8. Space, not full on space (This isn't KSP and I don't want it to be), but maybe if the sky would darken as you go up?
Device specific:
Mobile:
1. The ability to change how the paint works like on PC. (Ex: Flat, Semi-gloss, Gloss)
2. Nudging, it could work by using arrows that you tap to nudge in a specific direction. One side (Of the device) would be up, down, forward, backward (Side view). The other would be left and right.
PC:
1. A full sized aircraft carrier with working aircraft catapults. Also arrestor hooks would be cool!
2. Another huge island that is basically a commercial airport, with a really long runway so that huge planes can takeoff/land easier.
Note: I understand that this is a lot of stuff and would probably take a while to implement, remember these are just ideas!

You can change the paint in mobile it just can't be on low graphics settings

As CL4TRP said, just change your reflections to Static - High. It's the best one IMO. Not too graphics intensive, either.
@RyneKuczy the paint is flat by default on mobile and you can already change between the three. You just have to change the aircraft reflections in the options.
All good ideas, but I hope the Dev's focus on the physics of the game.

I meant like how if you select the first paint on PC (in the editor), you can change it to be flat, semi-gloss, or gloss. On mobile however, the first paint is semi-gloss (I think) and is only semi-gloss. You can't change it to be flat or gloss. @Noman0rumeral
On mobile you can change the paint type you just need to change the aircraft detail in options
