Yes. The FFRDC I used to work full-time for consulted NASA during the Shuttle years; also commercial stuff like Iridium, and various Comsat launchers. I also sometimes worked at NORAD and Cape Canaveral, and Vandenberg. Now I'm semi-retired, part-time. Still interested in aircraft designs; former Burbank Lockheed employee. @WalrusAircraft

@Stingray - Nice to know another mature player is on here. Sounds like you are in a facinating line of work. You might find this interesting... One of the chaps down the hall from me was on the team that developed / refined the method of using a planet's gravity to "slingshot" spacecraft into deep space. I forget the name of the lead scientist he worked with, but he died some time ago. I think he was working for NASA at the time.

Californian desert roads; occasionally tinker with SP. Trained in building & operations of international satellite vehicles. Part-time employed by a major corporation that must remain nameless. Walrus Sr. here. I'm probably the oldest player in this game since I'm middle aged. I'm a husband and father, and work as a senior manager in a software company. I started playing this game to spend time with my eldest son (Walrus Jr.). I tend to work long hours (12 hour days) so I've been absent from this game for the last while. My hobby is my car. I drive an tuned Evo X, which for all intensive purposes is built as a track car.

Well I'm 16 I live in Montana, I'm currently doing Flight training in a 1966 Cessna 172H, I do a lot of fishing, and I have a 14ft aluminum boat (that leaks) (lost a few hooks to a sucker fish, when I was trying to catch a trout...) I stopped playing Warthunder I was at level 30 something, I play World Of Tanks (blitz) every now and then and my best tank (as of now) is the all mighty Kv-2, I also build Model plane kits (I'm terrible at that, but getting better), and yes I play a bunch of Simple Planes.

well, I am15, live in California <- (Which I don't like) I like shooting, I fly with Civil Air Patrol, I am an avid cyclist, and I'm on my school's cross country team. I also have 2500 hours on War Thunder, level 45

I am from the US, Michigan to be specific. I just turned 14. I play the trombone. I won't be telling my name, but I've been on SimplePlanes for a while. (See what I did?) My favorite hobby is (most obviously) SimplePlanes, as well as anything to do with aeronautics.
