Lately I have seen some forum post the use words like "noob" and "stupid". I made this forum post to ask users to stop using words like these, since there is quite alot of young users on here. So when you use these words, the younger user will start thinking that its okay to use mean words like this, which may lead to them walking around school and calling people "noobs". Therefore, I am asking for people to stop the use of these words and to use kinder words. Thankyou for reading this post. -Astro

noob isn't a swear word, bad word etc it is a phrase that describes someone, get with it

I can agree about censoring you speech for the younger generation. But noob,and stupid are not bad words and noob means silly or newbie. Stupid is only rude when u call someone stupid.

@Areonautics3 don't say that, it's very rude and puts a bad influence on the community. Yes people use the word "noob" to describe new users, but when they just get "noob, make something for real" on the first thing they build, they think the community is an uncontrollable mess of people hating on each other.
Noob is a joke word, not a swear word. Just live your life.
Noob is a silly word used as a joke. How is that a bad word? That's like saying that calling someone a scrub lord is an insult.
Although I agree with you, when the term "noob" is used here, most of the time it refers to the Jelly fan base of the community.
I support this, but I also dont. Imo, a noob is someone who is just new to the game. It should be harmless, and never be considered derogatory. The only time I ever use it is when I am playing with my friends. I know I am not the only one who thinks this.
