Write in the comments your choice, my top 10 list is-
(Grand Prix & F1 drivers only)
Unofficial the best ever- The Stig
1.Juan Manuel Fangio
2.Tazio Nuvolari
3.Ritchard 'Dick' (yes I know) Seaman (try not to laugh)
4.Rudolf Caracciola
5. Michael Schumacher
6. Has to be Senna
7. Sir Stirling Moss
8. Alberto Acari
9.James Hunt
10. Niki Lauda
The 10 in this list are mostly equal, but I've compared their styles, number of wins/entries and the actual cars they were driving and come up with this.
Er
I've not included drivers from the 2000's even though Shcumacher has faced in the 2000's but, I beleive, as most are still racing in F1 their time to be on the list will be in the future once they've won and entered more races... Driven more cars ecet.
Don't ban me for saying the word 'Dick' it's short for Ritchard,
And the poor guy was killed in-race.
Also you may be wondering who most of these are..
Well if you are.... You obviously aren't interested in racing history,
If you want to know more about these amazing pre 50s drivers watch the history of motor racing by shell on YouTube, I will see if I can link it.
Why are you doing this you may ask?
Answer: I'm bored and i would like to make some cars....
@PlanesOfOld good news the oil could take the dirt out of your skin lol
Hahahahaha! I saw the edit! 😅😅😅 😂😂😂
the stig survived lots of car crashes even his bodyparts pops out of the roof of his truck
Yea, the days when a GP took 10 hours to complete and the drivers came out of the cars covered in oil. @CarlosDanger13
Yea, but I'm not adding drivers from the 2000's as I beleive they still have a chance to beat these legends. @Geekpride
The best one?
Some say that he has no face, and his first name is "The".
@PlanesOfOld nothing like the days before electronics like no fancy technology that they have in IndyCar and F1
@PlanesOfOld Dick Seaman would be a legend tho. "Hello sir, what is your name?"
"Dick Seaman!"
"...You just described everything I love on first dates..."
@PlanesOfOld Lewis Hamilton?
Dick seamen. What the actual hell
They're good choices, and I wouldn't argue with them. But I'd also add Fernando Alonso, for being the one to finally beat Schumacher and for his ability to drag the best out of his car - just a shame he's not been given a good car for ages. I'd also give Rubens Barrichello a mention. He might not have been the fastest, but he was one of the most likeable drivers and he should get some recognition for holding the record for most Grand Prix competed in.
Lol ok @ThunderstormAerospaceIndustries
No, the Stig is the best @PlanesOfOld
No idea lol @KnightOfAraluen
Do you know why Dick is short for Ritchard?
Can you imagine if he was born in this day and age with people calling him 'Dick Seaman'... @iiRazor
History of motor racing by Shell All are amazing, top quality footage and silent films are given realistic sound effects....
Richard tho...
Yea Senna is a legend but... He can't beat Fangio or Nuvolari....@ Tully2001
