Now Crown Prince Franz Reginar's wife, Princess Karlene Reginar (nee Schmidt). Some consider Franz Reginar a puppet of Karlene, though Franz Reginar has made many official decisions opposite of his wife's.

Baron Paul Guttenberg on the other hand is a populist and a far-right hardline conservative, and can be said as the complete opposite of Karlene Reginar. Despite this, they are friendly "all other places other than the Kaiser's Court". Baron Guttenberg is a very likable man, the kind of person who has a friendly aura. If he was to assume the throne, Karlene would continue her service as an adviser as she "thinks differently", and he knows the value of a different mind.

Killing either one of them is a bad idea. If Franz Reginar, Baron Paul Guttenberg, or both are killed, then Princess Karlene will take the throne Although she is known as a very kind and loving mother of four, she is not above exacting a brutal revenge.

Also, because she is a woman, her political position would already be compromised. The easiest way to secure it is through clear victory. Her desire to exact revenge would go forth with this as well.

Kill all three, and now we have the rest of the Kaiser's Court to appoint a new Kaiser. And there's plenty of princes to choose from, and even more barons to choose.

You'd literally have to commit an invasion to kill all of them.
