Trying to fly by keyboard is not working too well for me, so I thought I'd get a basic flight stick and a bit of a cursory search led me to a bunch of posts about folks having trouble with theirs and, I didn't see any recommendations for sticks that worked.

So, I will ask:
What flightstick/joystick works well for people?
