I'm aware that through my actions I have caused a wake of hatred in my path. I would like to apologise to said individuals. I'm aware people perceive me as trigger happy and while I beg to differ (although I do put on a trigger happy persona as it gets things done), I can't ignore the fact that people do see me in this light.

As a moderator, I haven't banned many people and those that have been banned have so through discussion within the moderator chat.

As for removing comments, posts, etc. We can't archive them. To do so would take a lot of time and effort. Now remember, we're not being paid and we only officially only have to commit half an hour a day in order to follow the moderator rules. We're doing this off our own backs because were want to contribute to making this a friendly site for everyone. I personally spend about three hours moderating this site everyday and I can confirm that 90% of the time the mod queue is empty. And that's not because people don't report things.

To elaborate on this post, if you personally feel I'm not doing my job right, please take it up with another mod or developer. Link them the relevant post and any other relevant information. They will sort the matter out accordingly.

I acknowledge the fact I'm pretty much setting myself for moderator suicide by saying the previous paragraph, but I have the communities best interests in mind and would rather you guys were happy than angry with me because you feel I'm not doing my job properly.
