Download Gmail.
Use the email you used to create a google account and add that to gmail.
Go to https://www.simpleplanes.com/Account/Manage
Enable Gravatar
Create a Gravatar account with the same email you used for your google account
Change your email to your real email
Vertify it
And follow the Instructions wordpress gives you
