Looking at website code. its not really hard it seems to add descriptions or a welcome page for all i know. maybe the devs are busy?
how i edited my page. i didnt want the DEV Tag as i thought it might be disrespect for their work. i edited everthing i wanted to. using Vivaldi

It's much harder to add the desc. than just using ctrl-shift-I.
You have to realize that in addition to creating a line of HTML, you'll also have to create a query and interface for the desc. which can be a pain in the butt.
