Here's why:
First of all, you must be at least 16. I'm not sure, but maybe a face reveal proves it, dunno. Around 75% of the community users are 13-15 years old. Also, you must be extremley mature, as if a loyal steward or something, which 70% of the site uses slangs (hint hint, me)and wrong spelling.
When the devs need more moderators, they'll ask. You have to be older than 16 though, which 80% of this site isn't. You also have to be mature. Which 90% of this site isn't.

Also those over who around my age which is 18 would have very little time to be on simple planes :(
