So do you like my builds because my highest rated build was a bad submarine and it got over 160 downloads and 10 upvotes yet it was BAD yet my good submarines badly get noticed why? I DONT KNOW! It's stupid and annoying and I can't figure it out I have a really good submarine and i doubt it would get good ratings so what?
