I resently destroy the AA missle launcher and it did not give me any problems. However I closed the app and when I came back the missles started shooting me again. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

Yeah, restarting restarts the world so the missile launchers will reset as well and start firing
Once you destroy them, you have to land then. They respawn after each restart
