These imaginary and silly internet points seem to have the power to make people leave. I often see users complaining about that they don't get enough points/upvotes/comments. They say they are going to leave because of it. (Many times these threats are just empty threats though.)

But people never seem to be satisfied. High level users often do the opposite, claiming they don't deserve their points and that the want to restart from scratch. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?!?!? If you got your points legitimately (i.e. not by up upvoting yourself from an alt or forcing others to upvote you.) then you do deserve your points!

I just don't think points should be taken so seriously.

Anyways, you'll never see me leave because of any points issue and I'll certainly not delete my account if I leave.
