They are not necessarily genetically better. They are adapted to a different climate. Compared to Earth, they seem to age more slowly, but this is due to the fact Martian years are twice as long as Earth years. However, maintaining a solid sleep schedule is not problematic, due to the fact Martian and Terran days are about 24 Terran hours long, although Martian hours are slightly longer. We have managed to restart Mars' geological cycle, though was more the product of accident than plan.

However, due to Mars' smaller size, the people there are smaller and weaker than those on Earth.

Europa is a different issue entirely. Virtually everything is different from Earth. While Martians and Terrans are are able to travel easily between planets without significant issue provided adequate physical conditioning is present, Europans have been known to poorly adapt to Earth or Mars, sometimes leading to death.

If you are willing to pay for the rehabilitation of every one of the 300,000 Europans, which will cost about $121 million per person, then by all means we will abandon our colony in Europa. Mars will remain since they have refused to leave permanently. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation

Nope. Operation Rising Storm was a resounding success. While our only gains were most of India and Hainan Island, we drove it home to the people of the Persian Caliphate and Awwam that we are capable of driving clean across the Persian homeland, close enough that we can shell Tehran with mortars. @Mudkip

I support this. The Space stations are a Success. We will build 1 more so 3/4th of the population (of my population) can make it. It'll be ready in May 2089.

Approximately 1 million Paternians live in colonies in Mars and Europa. Many have been raised on the lower gravity of these planets, and bringing them to Earth will undoubtedly cause problems.

We will cease expansion of the number of colonies if you can grant us an exception to the treaty. @GoldenEagle
