In Game Refueling

With the new beta promising prolonged battles in sandbox mode, being able to refuel and rearm your aircraft without leaving the world might be something nice to have.

My thought is you could land at any of the airstrips and then taxi over to the hangers (or some other designated spot) where your aircraft is refueled, any used weapons are reloaded and any damaged pieces replaced. Effectively restoring the plane back to full without having to exit back to the build screen or reset the world.

Very true. @HBirdmanAATL it would make a real reason for the hangers finally.

@Clawsome I thought about doing it that way too, but I liked how making your way over to the hangers would force the player to take into account how stable their landing gear system was. I know I have a number of designs that are stable enough when stationary but tip over as soon as I try to turn the plane around.

I agree, though taxiing to the hangers could take a while for some planes. I'd think it'd be better to just do it when the plane comes to a full stop on a landing strip. (Btw, I was just thinking about making a post like this!)

Also realistic damage caused by the weapons instead of 1 shots

@Viper28 well given that this is my most popular post yet (which isn't saying much), you don't seem to be the only one who wants this.

At the same time people have been asking for nose cone inlets for how long? They just now got it into beta testing. You just need to keep after them.
