Yes, I know that cooldown is designed to prevent people from making alts to upvote people's stuff.

However, cooldown is tedious in my Jet stream. I am following so many great and awesome designers. Of course I'm going to upvote them all.

I don't know much at all about website moderation and all of that. Feel free to throw all of the critisism at me that you can.
