I post whenever I finish a creation. It may not be the most effective, but upvotes dont really matter to me.
I try for noon Pacific time, I believe that's when it's busiest, but I'm not entirely sure it makes that much difference.
I usually post from 4pm to 2am GMT
I post erratically. Sometimes it's at noon. Sometimes it's at 10Pm.
