Might have misspelled Krakaboa wrong. Anyways, where is the convoy in the sandbox because I can't find any.
There is an island between bandit airport and Yeager airport that had bridges in both side in the middle of that island you can find the convoy

There are several different areas around the volcano at which the convoy can spawn.
It's in the trench closest to Yeager airport. Take off,turn right ~35 degrees and fly straight ahead. The convoy will be driving down the trench towards you.
