@Tully2001 Spoke to another moderator, and he basically said the same as I did. If they're unlisted, then we don't have an issue with it.
@Tully2001 Good question. Personally, I don't think it would matter too much if it was unlisted because unlisted planes tend to be for personal use and don't have the intention of being upvoted by others. I'll double check with the other mods though.

@Squirrel i sincerely doesnt know that it was a successor.. i uploaded it because to show new ai aircrafts added in the game..
It appears you've directly copied the predecessor and only added 3 parts. Could you explain any significant difference between the two aircraft?
