I've taken apart a very detailed Mig 21 and saw that the custom landing gear it had was somehow "telepathically" connected to a rotor that was a few meters away. How can one do something like this? I know it has something to do with editing a part of the xml file, but which part?
Actually, it doesn't necessarily require XML modding the part. The way I do it is I attach a fuselage to a rotator and then I make the fuselage shorter. They stay connected but the fuselage detaches from other fuselages when placed into one (mostly) which is very helpful for custom gear
