A squadron of 7 F-17 Fighters were flying around North Portugal as they saw a rebel force of about 500 looking very tired. They attacked the rebels and then left to tell Lisbon. The 54th Armor regiment were in the area along with the 125th Infantry Regiment. The two forces met up along the Harpy river near El Verat. The Portuguese attacked first with jeeps and tanks rushing them. (Half of them were about sleeping, it was 10:41 PM). The Major in charge yelled "FIRE" which woke them up. Meanwhile a Rio Class Battleship named the PMN Auruna bombarded Industry in North Portugal, it didn't attack Porto (North Portugal's capital) because it didn't want civilian casualties. Then 10 minutes later at 10:51 PM the 125th arrived. It's men charged at the rebels with only minor casualties. At 12:32 PM the 500 rebels were either captured or killed.
