As of recent i have noticed more and more users being banned because of being under age (13 and under). While it is hilarious to watch this kids to make a mess of getting banned some one needs to make it clear.
When you create an account at the bottom on the "Register" box it says "By creating an account, you confirm that you agree to the Terms of Use.". Now most of us don't read the terms of use, so for the record in 1998 the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act or COPPA for short states "The act, effective April 21, 2000, applies to the online collection of personal information by persons or entities under U.S. jurisdiction from children under 13 years of age. It details what a website operator must include in a privacy policy, when and how to seek verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, and what responsibilities an operator has to protect children's privacy and safety online including restrictions on the marketing to those under 13."- Wikipedia . Now this is a lot of reading i know, but with that said you should read the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy which both say you need to be older than 13 to have account with out parental consent, so IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 OR UNDER then as stated in the privacy policy have your parents email jundroo here saying that they give you permission to have an account on simple planes.

Love to see Gold users mock younger users. Just love it. It's totally brilliant
There is some bronze user that said he is 12. I'm surprised he's not banned.
