Okay, so I plan on making a completely new roleplay, and It has a deep storyline relating to some of my past ones, This one will be on a much smaller scale mapwise than anyone I've done, but will have lots of depth to it.
Now, knowing the whole debacle that happened with the WW2 RP, this one might not go so well, but I'm gonna try anyways.
The roleplay, like most of mine, starts after an apocalypse destroys the entire world because of Norway (more will be explained when it comes out), After a couple decades, several countries appear around the US, the primary focus of this roleplay. In it, everything is a clean slate, fresh for everyone to manipulate to what they want. No pre-assigned factions or anything. In it vehicles will be limited to light aircraft, light tanks, and armored cars. But besides that, I plan on adding many functions, such as capitulation, a trading system between other countries, and a democratically appointed general by users. These are just a few examples, but I hope this doesn't seem a little too ambitious, and hopefully won't end up like No Mans Sky.
Now, this is a teaser for it, and it probably won't come out for another month or two so I can gey everything set up, but when it does, it will be great.
Sure, but It won't start off very big. Its gonna be between two larger countries.
@Bluerobot11
@MrVaultech question, can I have my own country, I'd call it Gibberland and it would occupy the Pacific Northwest (Capital is Seattle or where Seattle used to be)
True. @MrVaultech
Well, no worries about it
@Bluerobot11
Yeah, it was bound to happen...
@InternationalAircraftCompany
Sounds good, sorry about the WWII thing by the way
Good idea! The WWII thing kinda went out of control. Hopefully THAT doesn't happen again.
I am into WW2 aviation so this thread caught my attention. I urge you not to start with a defeatist approach (THIS ISN'T GOING TO GO WELL) but let your creativity really go on this idea and do not be afraid of doing so. You see creativity = wealth and wealth as you may know = power. So what if No Man's Skies didn't cut it - I have a feeling that despite your initial fears this one is going to because of what you saw happen & learned from previously. Finally ... Norway. Yes in context with your scenario if World War 1 was triggered by a single event in (the former) Yugoslavia - in a city named Sarajevo. I'm going to stop rambling now and wish you BEST OF LUCK big-style with this idea.
This sounds fun like the battle in Doctor who season 12 episode 1 were he saves the kid from the eye ball hands (it was a dalek war)
Okay, and thanks!
@Fishbowl1121
Apparently there wasn't enought space out there (space pun)
@Fishbowl1121
It does, but space had to be it...
@Fishbowl1121
Well, I never played it either, but from what I researched, it made MANY hollow promises, about 100 or so.
@Fishbowl1121
Thats... interesting, and kinda relevent to this.
