Whenever I'm listening to my music and decide to get on the app, the music will get significantly quiet, and sometimes once it loads or when I press play for a level/sandbox its get back to its normal volume.

Yeah I notice it to. I was listening to Quran and the games volume significantly dropped! I guess it honestly helps not listening to Propellers Bzzzzzzzz every time you fly
I experience this same exact thing!
