How to strengthen the connection to rotator?

After I connected a big wings to a rotator,It was distorted seriously in the air.

    @REW Sure.. just don't mirror it, the reverse mechanism goes away.

    Also the hinge. I tried making a long chain out of it but every single time it blows up.

    Try adding weight to the rotator, it usually gives it more strength.
