In 2018 many Mexican citizens are fed up with the corrupt government refusing to protect Mexico from drug cartels, so they mobilize and form the ACMU (Anarcho-Collectivist Mexican Union). A series of bombings and other attacks occur, targetting government buildings and personnel. The government quickly triggers martial law and begins executing criminals publically for thoughtcrime. On February 7th, 2019, ACMU members took to the streets all over Mexico, resulting in 1,500 arrests and 200 police deaths. Many cartels are found and overrun by mobs, and even a lot of El Chapo's large drug compounds burn. The Mexican army intervenes, but it quickly turns ugly, with shots fired.
The date is April 12, 2019. A full war is going on.

ACMU-
The rebel faction is armed with many primitive weapons such as shotguns, clubs, AK-74's, lever action rifles, knives, anything that is cost effective and that can kill. The philsophy of this group is to help all (except the Mexican Army of course)
Mexican Army- Corrupt and abusive, this army's only purpose is to destroy opposition. The standard loadout is a FAMAS, a glock 17, an M1 bayonet, 2 tear gas canisters, and three frag grenades
Civilians: Armed only with their hands, and wits, these survivors seek the help of anyone. (This faction is neutral, and killing them as rebels will grant your fellow members permission to kill)

----Settings----
The slums- A vast and densely populated area ripe with poverty, this shantytown is filled with rickety sheet metal buildings.
Fort Andreas- Home base of the Mexican army, filled with weapons, ammo, and hysterical drill sergeants.
St. Marcos Church- This houses many ACMU rebels, and is filled with radio equipment and supplies.
Florida Street- This war torn street is filled with squatting civilians and warehouses.
----RULES----
1. Permission to kill or dismember must be obtained by target user
2. Mass destruction of areas is not permitted
3. Character must be human, no enhancements, sci-fi crap.
4. Only one action may be permitted in a post.
5. You may use NPC's as long as they do not assist in combat.
6. Orders from higher ups will be given from me and me only, no other orders are permitted.
7. No instant KO's.
