I found the gameplay and general health of the C&C RP to be toxic due to the presence of mega states. They dominate world affairs, and politics are generally prevaded by the conflicts between Awwam and Paternia. I will admit partial responsibility in causing this. My solution is the dissolution of mega states, with Awwam and Paternia in particular. They occupy almost two-thirds of the available area, with Awwam the worst offender in this regard. While I have made attempts on my part to help solve the issue by distributing some territories to users which otherwise had no territory, the politics of mega states prevent me from fully enacting this.
When I began the RP, I always envisioned Paternia to be a Polynesian, Melanesian, and Micronesian power, with Hawaii being the Shining Emerald of the Pacific, a trade power where commerce and the money of a cornucopia of nations would flow.
Circumstances had turned Paternia into the North American super state that it is, a check to the power of Awwam.
In my opinion, mega-states are an impediment to growth, as new players are either forced to scrounge for what little territory is left, rely on the goodwill of other players, or join a nation which may not necessarily share their interests.
I suggest the following territories be made independent and users allowed to form new countries independent of foreign influence:
Western Europe
India
Nepal
Australia
China
Korea
Southeast Asia
Mexico
Venezuela
Columbia
Canada
Guyana
British Isles
Ireland
These are vast territories which will undoubtedly allow numerous new users to find nice parcels of land of which to consider a proper nation. Members of Awwam may continue to govern over the said areas of land and are free to choose what government they see fit without foreign influence, but cannot rejoin Awwam. Choosing to stay with Awwam will be an automatic forfeiture of said territories if they are listed above.
I feel this reform is necessary for the overall health of the C&C RP. The sabre rattling of megapowers has turned C&C chatrooms into toxic sludges that even rats and flies would not dare enter, and many individuals are leaving because of the toxicity.
I admit that I am partially responsible for this, but note that I am not the only person responsible for the mess.

We need to nerf Awwam and Paternia as much as necessary. I feel Awwam is too self-sufficient, and therefore can operate at will with no repercussions. And the Avaruans know very well that their army cannot win against ours in a war. They can't go full guerilla force, because we've got the Paternian Scout Rangers.
They can't go full conventional attack, because we've got the Paternian Armed Forces and their superior everyting. The only other army that can hope to defeat us is the Awwami Royal Army, and that's because they can P90 Rush B at a ratio of 10:1 to our forces.
