The underground Anti-Rice cartels of Penania have united against the rule of President Rice, and agreed to create a non-militarian, democratic nation, perhaps reviving the nation of the Philippines which was obliterated by Arstotzka 10 years back, by President Orhattan. The cartels began propaganda though the markets and public populated areas, and on April 21st, the rebellion of a million people began. They were armed with machines guns, grenades and rockets (well, the perks you get on a militarian super nation). Even the state's military force began coup d' etat. Eventually....

July 31, 2026

The Arstotzkan Government fought for sovereignty, and because the military in Penania coup'd, it was difficult to fight back, considering the fact that Penania is an archipelago, and approximately 230 miles away from the Arstotzkan mainland. President Rice gave up, and declared the former state free. But that's not the end, as the former Penanians colonized Indostan like wildfire on August 21st. Not only that, but Alpen (colonized September 16) as well. Arstotzka readily let go of the states.

October 1, 2026 to March 15, 2029

Although Arstotzka readily surrendered the three states, it doesn't mean that Arstotzka is taking it back. October 1st, a large airstrike on Alpen nearly flattened out the buildings and structures, alarming Penania. Ivankov Petar Maru, an Alpenian survivor, refuged to Penania, along with 100,000 survivors.

The cartels on Fresar discovered an underground hangar in Mount Berna (Mt. Manunggal, Cebu) which was full of airworthy aircraft and thick- armored tanks. Turns out the Philippines was smart enough to hide their precious weapons in a cave.

Half of the tanks they deployed, and they retaliated against the Arstotzkan attack.

On November 5th, 2027, another group of cartels found a nuclear factory in Elara (real life Nueva Ecija, Philippines) that had 3000 warheads ready to go boom. They didn't use it though, until....

March 15, 2029

The rebels finally named the new nation Alienia Aurelia, after the Alpenian survivor's mother who was a renowned senator.

With the 30 Alienian XC-02 Grand Slams containing 100 tons of nuclear bombs each, the strike dropped bombs at Renalta (Beijing), Lafara (Siberia), Gochotta (New Delhi), Nubia, Regarde and Fruntall, the capital of Arstotzka, eating five bombs each. President Colonel Rice, both leaders of state and arms, finally surrendered. Alienia Aurelia is finally free.

June 12, 2030

The UN finally recognized Alienia Aurelia as an independent nation, voted 75 out of 82.

A truce was announced on AA and Arstotzka's side, and vowed to help each other in war and in trade.

Epilogue

The War isn't over. Vanadia (Europe and Middle East) has waged war on the two nations, and Arstotzka is not going to back down. Alienia Aurelia is gonna help.
