Strangely, I have only been able to get the Fine Tuner Mod to work on my Android tablet. As far as actually producing mods on Android, that's well outside of my pilot house.
Mods can be completed on Android using two methods.
-Download the Fine Tuner Mod.
-Use a program like ES File Explorer (download at Play store for free) and manually change file codes.

We iOS users got the short end of the stick
You need a PC to make mods.
Mods do work on Android. The only platform not supported is iOS.
