Okay, so it's been a while since info has come out about it, Why; I've procrastinating.
Anyways, heres some details:
Vehicles will have a tech tree for each vehicle type, so you can't just jump from a biplane to a 5th gen jet fighter.
Besides that, some rules and things lile that have been revised. Really, the rules are longer than the story itself...
Might be easier to program a game than do it the way I'm doing now that I'm thinking about it.

@MrVaultech I was also thinking that the country in the pacific northwest is based with technology advicemets, an supplies all other contrives with weapons so they can fight among themselves, like America before it joined WW1
