An old RP now restarted. In the not so distant future, the world goes to war with itself. This is World War III. But contrary to Einstein's prediction, World War IV will not be fought with sticks and stones. Well, mostly. The A-1 Pummeler, Toyota truck, and AK-47 might as well be considered as mechanically basic as sticks and stones.
World War IV will be fought with the leftovers of World War III, used by the leftovers of humanity not extinguished by nuclear weapons.

@SimpleTechAndResearch I would normally say yes, but there are other nations that need leaders and members, so I must decline that request.
I want to avoid the pre-Paternia C&C Awwam with a dozen members because it was on the top of the list.
Likewise, I want to avoid what happened in the earlier WWIV RP where everyone became allies with Paternia.
On the other hand, Oceania needs a leader, and I think it could use you.
