It is the year 2123, and war has raged the lands so the nations have banded together to create gigantic sea vessels capable of carrying populations nearing millions. After the fall of the raft-city of Everest, the one carrying the world leader (literally, he runs the world!) many raft-cities have banded together and created four huge raft-conurbations occupying the remaining seas. They include:

Ruabtier conurbation: formed when twelve German raft cities converged and signed a truce with the leader of panzerstadt, the biggest of the German raft-cities.

Krakabloa united: these little rafts towns and suburbs have protected the raft cities of new krakabloa (old krakabloa was destroyed when the volcano erupted) and wright city, build out of old aircraft carrier parts and hangers).

Infinity militia: only two cities, Sydney and Melbourne, which came together when USA denied their request for materials to build their own raft-cities. Instead they swept up all the other towns and cities two create two huge 20-tiered pleasure and trading cities.

General united: the American head of continent warned the country of a war so they got their spy planes and got copies of blueprints and built 50 large 15-tiered cities, half of which are fighting cities.

Requirements: only one raft city can be built, may it be a lumbering city, a speedy suburb or a small town, make it under 300-400 parts.

Must have devices on the front called jaws which can be used to be swallow smaller rafts or bite away at lager ones.
Must have a area to keep the 'eaten' rafts, and pretend to consume them for resources.

Must have realistic propulsion like paddle wheels or propellers.

When all spots are full, I will make a new episode and no-one can join or leave and one faction may be knocked out.

Can have many many tiers and you want as long as it's under 300-400 parts.

Don't make it massive or my iPad can't handle it.

And also, please give it a cool name, maybe relating to the country?
