Mine would be failing 3 times at uploading a build. Seriously, I was making a space station in SP, saved it, continued work on it later and uploaded it...I forgot to test if it flies good...So I downloaded it and ofcourse it didn't work...Half of it fell apart (a mirroring glitch). So I made a couple of changes then uploaded it again...same thing happened...meanwhile Rcb who was so kind to give me an upvote on the previous one upvotes the new one as well (what a kind person he is XD). So I then made some more fixes uploaded it and I made sure that it stayed together...I now notice that a few fusalage blocks got misplaced but I decided to leave it at that because I'm sick of this...the cringe is real

I get so annoyed when I build some thing heaps complictated and I load it and the rotators go the wrong way...

My biggest fluff-up: the B-24 repaint. I'm still bracing myself for a ton of unkind comments from the maker.

Put around 62 engines on one of the stock planes for the land speed record.
I decided to make a plane before I did the tutorial, it failed, hard, like, really, very, hard.

I was flying my giant cargo plane, and then the tutorial plane comes along and severs my one of my vertical stabilizers and a pitch surface, and disables the flaps and pitch surfaces, as they are controlled by rotators. So then I plunged to my death in an uncontrolled spiral straight into a bridge

I made a drone (or tried to) for eliminating a convoy. Seemed smart until a AI plane dropped a bomb. On a bridge. Where my drone was.
And don't forget the time when a certain bulk carrier was attacked by a raft with a few missiles.
Building a plane saving it as airplane, forgetting about it, building another plane and overriding the save file.
