While searching through planes it seems random when you are able to spotlight a project. Does anyone know why. If so, how do you do it. Also when looking at challenges I saw some people saying they will give someone 50 upvote or a high number like that. Is there some way to upvote somebody multiple times? Or can you upvote an entire channel. Idk, anyways if you can answer any of the questions in this post that would be great.
