HIGH ALTITUDE PROBLEM

Why the plane becomes unstable while maneuvering at high altitude (>45000 feet)? Specially the pitch.

    To operate efficiently at high altitude, your aircraft must be built for that. That means low wing load and large control surfaces with small angle of deflection to avoid stall. Such aircraft will be extremely maneuverable at low altitude, stressing the airframe to the limits.
