Note: this government is NOT and ideal and is designed with flaws in the system, some more obvious than the others (in other words, it's a dystopia)

The Puget Republic of Gibberland as is stands is a New Special type of government. From the outside, it appears as a Constitutional Democracy, much like the United States, But on the inside, It is far more complex.

------Legislative Branch: The voting is direct, one person, one vote. to speed up this process, people are evenly divided into a tree of voting parties. each with one elected representative Which then takes the majority vote up a level where another vote is held. this process is called "Tree Voting". Tree voting is done annually and is a normal part of life in The Puget Republic.

------Judicial branch: The Judicial branch Functions the same way it does in the US, the only difference is that Punishment for a crime is decided by the Jury when the find someone guilty.

-----Executive branch: much like the Legislative branch, Tree Voting is also used to elect the president. every 5 years a president is elected and can be re-elected as many times a possible as long as you are not in office two or more times in a row. The Executive parties are many and complex, and really are what make the Country run the way it does. Each branch varies from the next and no two branches are alike. however, one thing each branch has in common is that Competition Flows Within them with immense power.
One example of this is the Department of Enterprise. All Business the Puget Republic Is Run by the government through this party. this does not mean however that all business is government controlled, it just means that rules/laws for business can be customized to maximize efficiency and technological advancements. For example, your job at a factory can change depending on how hard you work and how intelligent you are. this creates competition between not only businesses but between individuals as well.

-------Society: as you may or may not have guessed, society is ranked by how smart and hard-working you are. some of the most popular people in society have a high intelligence and work very hard at whatever their job is. Sure, Trends still fluctuate and people's opinions change, but overall this rule applies the entire public. it's no wonder the smartest and productive people are celebrities. this also allows the country to run at maximum efficiency and pushes the PRG to the #1 most technologically advanced country in the world (or I guess the RP)

However, the government has a much darker side to it.
-------The G.S.P.F: The GSPF or the Gibberish-Special-Police-Force is a Secret Police that operates like any other secret police, but for a much different reason. if someone suspected of slacking off and not doing any work, the GSPF will come, knock on their door, and no one will see them again. The same thing happens if you are suspected to be against any of the Intelligence and Productivity rules. (however, if you commit a crime, you will receive a trial and not be taken away by the GSPF)

-------Becoming a Citizen: To become a Citizen if you were born outside the country, you must pass several tests and pass them all. One of these is an intelligence test, which, in order to pass, you have to have a score Higher than the Minimum intelligence ranking. If you are born inside the country, you take several different tests during several different periods during your education, like the HBSE test in Washington state. these tests measure your intelligence to a standard to determine what education you get, the lower you score, the harder school gets. and if you score below the minimum age, you are taken away to go to "Academic Collection" and usually are not seen from again.

--------Military: Even though Gibberland is a Neural country, It does have a rather large Military (Army, Navy, Airforce, Special Forces). What makes the military different, however, is that it is divided into two parts, the Ranking and Unranking Forces. the Ranking
