I'm making an RC plane, and I'd like some suggestions on what parts I should use. This is the first time I've made one so I don't know much.

@t8erh8er thanks :)
Idk lol
Get one of Eflight's micro scale planes and go from there. Their are plenty of balsa kits to choose from.
@t8erh8er could you link me to the first one?
Oh. :P derp. @HackingAnonymous
@t8erh8er that is what inspired me to begin, but i didnt know they had tip vids. Thanks!
@KDS i mean IRL
At firsy, do not look f or realistic models, but for good-flying ones.
You can try to begin from micro planes (check out WLToys F929 or Nine Eagles Extra ) Or you can try to build your own. Use depron as main material, it is light and easy to repair. Look around RC forums, especially build log posts, to find out how to build dat stuff. Then, select a simple trainer model (you can use an aerobatic trainer, but do not forget to reduce rates in first flights), print the plan and build it. Top-wing or mid-wing planes are preffered as first ones. Select a model which is stable and easy to control. You can buy all parts (engine, prefer an electric brushless one as a cheaper and more simple to use than the gas engine; reciever and transmitter (4-6 ch.) ; Servos (3-5 x, buy a few spares); BEC; battery (Li-Pol, 2 or 3 cells depending on the plane); props; wheels; battery charger at hobbyking.com
I was making one two but I messed up with the scalling amd is now very odd looking. I'm going to dump a bunch of my abandoned projects later as unlisted when I get a OP to.
