I'm trying to make a large aircraft but everytime my plane exceeds 1000mph the wings decide to bug out on me, in a kind of flapping motion. It looks like a hummingbird coz they spaz out so fast. Eventually it explodes.

Try changing every wing-3 on your aircraft to a wing-2 in the xml file.
