Delphinus is great. They are always kind, always helpful and so hopeful and wise. But you can't just vote them to be a mod if they don't want to be.

-It's determined by applications, (by that user)

Nah, plenty of better choices. I doubt he can step up seeing how often he is active. I am good friends with most of the mods. They usually loose interest in the game.
