Heres my problem sometimes when i make a plane it will either tilt to the left or right even when i mirror the air craft so its the same amount of weight on each side it still does this and its really annoying

you could try mirroring twice, one on each side.
It's a well-known bug. Even though the plane is symmetric, the drag is not.Try detaching the cockpit and rotating the entire plane. That fixes it sometimes.
my way of having thiss not happen is by not putting anything on the wings
